Mini Lantern Walk

It is darling's 1st Mid-Autumn Festival ! I am definitely more excited than she is... ahaha ! I've bought her a small 'Nemo' (Clown Fish actually) lantern. It is the traditional type made with wires and colourful glass paper. I want her to know what is 'the real lantern' is like instead of the plastic type operate with battery and light bulp. Nonetheless, the plastic one is more practical for her age la... since she is too young to know how to hold her own lantern; and thanks to Sai Yi Ma (my 2nd sister) who has bought her a Winnie The Pooh plastic lantern.

So we went down to the pool side at 7.30pm on 23rd Sep 2007 to meet the rest of the kids and parents. Po po also went down with us but of course daddy has missed all the fun as he was in Foshan, China. All the other kids were carrying the traditional lantern except darling. I was a bit shy (paiseh) to turn on her electric Pooh lantern with 'traditional chinese music' ! So I waited till the walk has started before I turn on the music... Darling was more interested looking at the surrounding rather then the lanterns and other kids... I am sure she would appreciate the festival and enjoy herself better next year!

Darling Daughter

No More Me - since darling daughter has come to our lives, my life is mostly about her and only her... naturally this first post gotta be about her too! (really pitty hubby...)

Darling is 6 months and 7 days old today! Hubby and I think she is getting cuter and cuter each day... and she is the cutest baby on earth to me! ahaha... don't we sounds like typical parents? This is not her latest photo but its my all time favourite photo of her. She was 2 days old in the picture. Doesn't it look like a graduation photo!?

Darling can roll over, recognises faces and loves to eat! Just like daddy and mommy! She even 'lean over' and stretch out her hands when she wants to be carried! So cute!! How can we not spoil her ??
