sorry, the photo doesn't look very appetising :p... it was taken from my phone. Brussels Galete... that was what i've tried at PHOP. It was hard to decide though... they have 100+ item in their menu! So finally i chose this because the pancake is made with buckweat and in da menu it reads - light & fluffy... hehe, sounds less fattening than the rest ... But actually not lor, cos it comes with cheese, bacon, sunny side up egg, baked beans, roasted tomato and few leaves of vege.
One bite... hmm.... the pancake is so light, so thin, so smooth and with the cheesy topping... yummmmm ! Very good ! Aiya, i can't wait to go back to try more of their pancakes!
I still remember the best pancake i had last was at The Denny's at Las Vegas. I was so amazed on how light and fluffy the texture was... it was a dream. Wonder if PHOP can match up...
