Burn the flabs !!!

Finally I can go to the gym more often now ! My darling daughter has started solid, I don't have to worry about my milk production not meeting her consumption... yahoo! But still can't spend that much time in the gym la... she 'knows' what time i'm suppose to come back from work and she actually 'look' for me! So, to make sure i spend every little time in gym so wisely and productively; i've decided to take up Personal Training!

Woahhh... not cheap leh... Paid RM 2,360 for 25 + 5 sessions... which can last me for around 3 months if I go for 2 sessions per week la. My trainer gave me an assessment in my 2nd session. Not bad wor... BMI at 23+, still within ok range. He is actually confident that i can loose 5 kg within 3 months! But i'm keeping my expectation low la, knowing that i have 'stubborn fat gene' from my mom.

Have actually attended 13 sessions now... think i've lost about 1kg only... but colleagues have been telling me they can see obvioius results ... yay!! Have to admit i have not been very discipline on the food department la... ok ok, will cut down on noodles at lunch and opt for healthier food like vegetarian mix rice?
